WHAT WE DO

Our goal is to help athlete's reach their personal performance potential. Our philosophy is simple, and it starts with virtuosity. What's that you say?   "Doing the common, uncommonly well."

By teaching athletes to move better, more efficiently, and faster, we can produce a significant positive impact on their overall athletic performance.

OUR TRAINING WILL IMPROVE

Strength - Balance - Coordination - Agility - Speed - Explosiveness - Jumping - Accuracy - Endurance - Confidence!

OUR PROGRAMS DEVELOP 3 CORE COMPONENTS OF FITNESS

Cardio-Respiratory, Muscular, and Mental

Understanding Why

It's not enough to move well, athlete's need to understand why an athletic position is important, why running form matters, why what we eat impacts performance. We teach the whys.

Coaching

Every minute of our classes is coached, instructed, corrected and celebrated with our athletes. Wins are called out, and challenges are faced courageously. Our coaches focus on safety and technique over intensity.

Programming

Your athletes are not just another client in class. They are aspiring athletes with dreams. We program each hour to help them reach their goals whether they are competitive sports or simple fitness related.

Consulting

Do you have specific goals for your young athlete? Our coaches are available for

one-on-one sessions that can help address the development goals you are after.

FACILITIES

We utilize the 11,000 square foot training facilities of CrossFit St. Louis. We use age-appropriate equipment and loading in our work with student athletes. You can trust that your athlete will be educated in the proper positioning for lifting and gymnastic movements, something that will carry over to their high school or at home weight room.

In each session, we work plyometrics, flexibility & mobility, speed development and strength. Results are recorded so that your athlete can gain confidence through seeing improvements in their overall fitness and strength over time.
