2019 Youth Performance Summer Camps
Summer camps run Monday - Thursday from 10:15-2:15. The morning session is 90 minutes and focuses on Speed, Plyometrics and Agility training. The afternoon session is 90 minutes and focuses on Strength and Metabolic Conditioning. There is a 1-hour break for lunch from 11:45-12:45. Athletes are encouraged to bring their lunch and stay for the whole day. Many students bring money and walk the walking trail up to the Snow Cone vendor over lunch for a cool treat.
There will be 9 weeks of training in 2019. The more you register for, the lower the weekly cost.
