2021 Youth Performance Summer Camps

Mon-Thu 10:30 - 12:00

This summer's camps will be limited to 24 athletes per week!

These 90 Minute sessions cover Speed, Plyometrics, Agility, Strength and Metabolic Conditioning training. 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Decide the number of weeks you want and register for your sessions online via the "PURCHASE" link associated.

Step 2: Email todd@crossfitstl.com to have your Athlete(s) registered into the specific week(s) you want. (If you choose the unlimited plan), your athlete will automatically be registered for all weeks. 

Weekly Sessions begins Mondays:   7/12,  7/19,  7/26,  8/2,  8/9
