School Year Training
Strength & Conditioning Program
From September through May, our coaches work with Middle and High school athletes twice per week. These sessions are designed to increase athlete overall strength and improve speed, balance, agility, coordination, and power output.
1x/week and 2x/week options are available and are very affordable with our semi-personal training approach. Classes run $55/mo or $99/mo depending upon the 1 or 2x/week selection.
Classes are offered Monday and Thursday nights at 6:30 pm.
